Friday, February 20th, 2009Broken Links first self-release ‘Resisting Movement And The Almost Advisory’ will be officially available to purchase for download on Monday 30th March 2009.
The EP will consist of four tracks:

The Sea Inside
The artwork has been decided upon and is shown below. CD’s will be produced during March so will hopefully be available to coincide with the digital release of the EP.

‘Jurassic Mark Presents…’ Gig at Talking Heads

Our second gig at Southampton’s ‘Talking Heads’ this month!
We will be playing NEW, UNHEARD SONGS as a treat for not having a gig for the following 6 weeks.
The gig sees us play with ‘Saqqara’, ‘The Morphic Fields’, and ‘False Uprising’.
We’re on stage at 9:40pm.
Entry price is £5 on the door, or £4.50 if you provide a printout of the flyer shown below!

Red Stripe Music Awards Gig Review and Photos

Following the bands recent performance at Southampton’s Talking Heads as part of the 2009 Red Stripe Music Awards, Broken Links have received their first live review…
“Next up was the big one. With a tremendous support and incredibly raucous following, local lads Broken Links, showed that they weren’t treating this gig like any other. Heavy guitar riffs and plenty of distortion came roaring from the amplifiers as the mosh pit began to take form. There were plenty of crazies in the pit and other onlookers were feeling the music passionately as Broken Links poured their hearts into their songs.”
